I joined the Lettings department as Property Manager in January 2016, my role has constantly evolved with the ever-changing legislation which I find both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Over the last few years our portfolio has continued to grow, therefore, it was decided to recruit a further Property Manager, so it was great when Lauren joined us to help share the workload. We like to meet our tenants on viewings and see them through the whole process from viewings through to moving in, we then handle any maintenance issues that may arise throughout the tenancy, liaising with our landlords, contractors, and tenants. I will also arrange Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Proficiency Certificates (EPC) and Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR) prior to a tenant moving in as well as sending them their move-in paperwork and Check-Out report, once they decide to move on. I am currently studying my ARLA lettings exams which will provide me with a professional qualification for our industry. I live locally in Calcot with my two children, Kammron and Maizie, having always lived within the Reading area. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, walking with my dog Teddy and spending quality time with friends and family.
