Emily Willmot

Bio: Emily joined the Parkers team in the summer of 2023 as a Property Manager, transitioning from a rewarding four-year tenure in asset management. Her role revolves around providing comprehensive support to both landlords and tenants in the vibrant Pangbourne and Tilehurst areas. From the initial stages of the moving-in process to addressing any maintenance concerns that may arise during a tenancy, Emily’s responsibilities span across seamless communication with landlords, contractors, and tenants. Additionally, Emily takes charge of coordinating Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Proficiency Certificates (EPC), and Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR) to ensure a safe and compliant environment before a tenant’s arrival.
Emily also handles the administration side of things, sending out essential move-in documents and Check-Out reports when tenants decide to transition elsewhere. Outside of work Emily finds enjoyment in staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym, embarking on long walks, or satisfying her wanderlust with travel adventures.
