I joined Parkers in early 2024, starting my role as the Lettings Coordinator. My job is to make sure the moving-in process runs smoothly and efficiently. This means ensuring that everything necessary is completed leading up to the move-in date, ready for both the Tenants and Landlords, whilst also liaising with the Property Managers. When an offer has been accepted, I then begin this process. Part of this consists of coordinating all safety certificates; Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and Energy Proficiency Certificate (EPC). As well as ensuring the many other steps involved, are accounted for. For example, sorting references through our online system, ensuring all documents are correct and sent to the appropriate parties, arranging inventories, etc. I enjoy working in the office, it’s a very friendly environment and every day is different! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends & family and travelling when I can, experiencing different cultures.
