As the newest member of the team Julie brings with her a wealth of knowledge to the rental sector having previously run her own inventory clerk business for 10 years. Her attention to detail is second to none, making notes of any maintenance issues needing attention as well as making sure tenants are looking after the landlord’s property.
Prior to running her own business Julie worked as an office manager for a quantity surveying company so everything property runs through her veins.
As our lettings portfolio continues to grow Julie has joined us as a Property Manager covering our Spencers Wood & Burghfield Common offices. She will be liaising with both landlords and tenants to make sure any maintenance issues are resolved throughout the tenancy.
Julie will also liaise with our contractors & arrange Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR) and Energy Proficiency Certificates (EPC) prior to a tenant moving in. Renewals, move in paperwork & check-out report once a tenant decides to move on are also part of the tenancy process.
Outside of working Julie’s interests include travelling, eating out at restaurants, cinema & spending time with her family.
